LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and the Terms of Services and payment of any applicable fees, V King Market or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the V King Market Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the V King Market Services or their contents; any collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the V King Market Services or their contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use or the Terms of Services are reserved and retained by V King Market or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, and rights holders, or other content providers. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes whatsoever of the V King Market Services, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of V King Market. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques in any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (such as images, text, page layout, or form) of V King Market without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or "hidden text" containing V King Market's name or trademarks without the express written consent of V King Market. You may not misuse the V King Market Services. You may use the V King Market Services only to the extent permitted by law. If you fail to comply with these Terms of Use or any of the Terms of Services, we will terminate the licenses granted by V King Market.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You may need your own V King Market account to use certain V King Market Services, and you may be required to log into the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem with the payment method you selected, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Visit Your Payments to manage your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. V King Market markets products to minors but sells them to adults, who may purchase them with a credit card or other authorized payment method. If you are under 18, you may use V King Market Services only with the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians may create profiles for teens in their V King Market Household. Alcoholic beverages listed on V King Market are intended for adults. To purchase alcohol or use any alcohol-related site functionality you must be at least 21 years of age. V King Market reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use the V King Market Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
OPINIONS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER CONTENT
You may post comments, opinions, photos, videos and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise offensive to third parties or objectionable and does not employ or contain software viruses, political propaganda, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use false e-mail addresses, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or any content. V King Market does not review posted content on a regular basis, but reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.
If you post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant V King Market the nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant V King Market and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submitted in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights to the content that you posted; that the content is accurate; that use of the content will not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify V King Market for any actions resulting from content you supply. V King Market has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. V King Market assumes no responsibility or liability for content posted by you or any third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS
V King Market respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical products from V King Market are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND OWNERSHIP
V King Market assumes ownership of returned products until the product reaches our distribution center. At our discretion, the refund may be processed without the need for a return. In this situation, V King Market does not assume ownership of the refunded product. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see our Returns Center.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
V King Market attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, V King Market does not warrant that product descriptions or the content of any other V King Market Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by V King Market is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in unused condition.
PRICES
The "List Price" refers to the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier or seller. We periodically compare list prices to prices recently found at V King Market and other stores. Some products may display a "Previous Price," which is determined using the product's recent price history at V King Market.
With respect to products sold by V King Market, we are unable to confirm the price of a product before you place your order. Despite our best efforts to prevent this, a small portion of the products in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of a product sold by V King Market is higher than the stated price on the website, we will, at our discretion, either contact you before shipping the product or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Other sellers may have different policies regarding incorrectly priced products.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, in the case of digital products, until the digital product is available.
APPLICATION PERMISSIONS
When you use apps created by V King Market, such as the V King Market app or the Kindle app, you may grant us certain permissions for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information regarding these permissions. For more information about permissions, click here.
SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
You may not use any V King Market Services if you are subject to sanctions in the United States, or sanctions consistent with United States regulation imposed by the governments of the country in which you use the V King Market Services. You must comply with all United States export and re-export restrictions or other restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including V King Market Software), technology and services.

Some third parties, other than V King Market, operate stores, provide services or software, or sell product lines through the V King Market Services. In addition, we provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and other businesses. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from the third parties, not from V King Market. We are not responsible for examining, evaluating, or endorsing the products offered by any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their websites). V King Market assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any of them or any other third parties. CONTROVERSIES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any V King Market Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. Each party waives any right to a jury trial.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any V King Market Service, you agree that applicable federal law and the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and V King Market.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
We encourage you to review our policies, such as our pricing policy, which are posted on this site. These policies will also govern your use of V King Market Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Terms of Service, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed void, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.

The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any software updates) and any related documentation that we make available to you in connection with the V King Market Services (the “V King Market Software”).
Use of V King Market Software. You may use the V King Market Software solely to use the V King Market Services as provided by V King Market and as permitted by these Terms of Use and the Services Terms. You may not incorporate any part of the V King Market Software into other programs or compile any part in combination with other programs, or copy (except to exercise the rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works from, distribute, assign rights to or license the V King Market Software in whole or in part. All software used in any V King Market Service is the property of V King Market or its software suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Use of Third-Party Services. When you use the V King Market Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a mobile carrier or mobile software provider. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
Unauthorized Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, tamper with or circumvent the security mechanisms associated with the V King Market Software, in whole or in part.
Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the V King Market Software at any time without notice.
Government End Users. If you are an end user of a U.S. Government institution, we license the V King Market Software to you as a "Commercial Product" as that term is defined in the United States Code of Federal Regulations (see 48 C.F.R. § 2.101) and the rights we grant you in the V King Market Software are the same as the rights we normally grant to other users in these Terms of Use.
Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and any other V King Market or third party terms applicable to any portion of the V King Market Software, such as open source license terms, such other terms will govern that portion of the V King Market Software for the duration of the conflict.
